Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of ordering, with the exception of orders placed over the weekend (Friday-Sunday). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day (Monday).
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on your order once the order has been shipped with your tracking number.
All orders are fully tracked from our nearest warehouse based on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Covid-19 Delays
Due to the global pandemic, some orders are experiencing shipping delays. The prioritization of medical equipment and other essential supplies, the grounding of many commercial airlines (which puts pressure on many of the shipping options), and the reduction in staffing levels can cause packages to be delayed outside of specified time frames. Although we do our best, unfortunately this is beyond our control.
